 In The First, We Would Like To Give Introduction And Product Detail Of The Rana Metals, As A Leading Manufacturer Of Auto Parts. Initially, We Start’s With Planetary Gear Carrier Hub, Differential Bell Hub, Planetary Carrier, Planetary Gear. Although, Our Initial Filed Was Doing CI, SG, And MS Metal Casting With Induction Furnace. But, We Have Changed Our View And Finally Start Manufacturing Planetary Carrier Hub Casting As Well As Machining. Further, We Have Added 5 Axis CNC Machine. So That We May Achieve Accuracy In Microns. 

Accordingly, We Start Selling The Finished Product In Our “RANA” Brand. We Were Surprise To See The Huge Market Response. Further , We Start Adding New Products Very Frequently. However, We Are Manufacturing Presently, More Than 365 Products. But Even Today, Our Main Products Are Differential Bell Hub, Planetary Gear Carrier Hub. We Have, Further, Added Some Suspension Items For Volvo, Scania, Mercedes Made Bus Truck.

Infra-Structure

Rana Metals have well equipped infra-structure, spread in 5000 sq feet. The strongest point of our company, above all, is our R&D section. In which, We are having latest CAD-CAM software. In addition to, We are having CMM machine for quality test. As well as, Our team is also very experienced and hardworking. We are capable to manufacturer any casting product from 100 grams to 200 kg each piece. Therefore, We can develop any casting products as per Customer demand.

Initially, We were doing heavy items only. Subsequently, We have lot of suspension items for bus truck. i.e. grease spring bush, pin bush, hanger, shekel etc. Now, We have finally, a very huge range of  commercial vehicle For Mercedes, Volvo, Scania, Man and Daf made bus and truck.
